Claims FAQs
Contact ETIQA Takaful or Takaful IKHLASÂ immediately. You’re required to:
Lodging a police report within 24 hours
Submitting necessary documents
Sending your vehicle to a panel workshop
As agent, we will help you tracking claim status from time-to-time
Typically:
Police report
IC & driving license
Photos of damage
Insurance certificate
Workshop quotation
Minor claims may take 3–7 working days, while major repairs may take longer depending on parts availability and workshop workload
For takaful claims, repairs must be done at panel workshops approved by EGTB or TIGB
