Yes. Windscreen coverage is available as an add‑on and allows replacement without affecting your No Claim Discount (NCD).

NCD is a discount given if you have not made any claims. It applies to private cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles

Claims FAQs

Contact ETIQA Takaful or Takaful IKHLAS  immediately. You’re required to:

  1. Lodging a police report within 24 hours

  2. Submitting necessary documents

  3. Sending your vehicle to a panel workshop

As agent, we will help you tracking claim status from time-to-time

Typically:

  • Police report

  • IC & driving license

  • Photos of damage

  • Insurance certificate

  • Workshop quotation

Minor claims may take 3–7 working days, while major repairs may take longer depending on parts availability and workshop workload

For takaful claims, repairs must be done at panel workshops approved by EGTB or TIGB

Your coverage lapses. You may also lose your current NCD percentage if the lapse is too long. Always renew before expiry
